New on the XR Pro 2 is the further optimized leading edge diameter, combined with new Kevlar reinforcements on leading edge stress points, and slightly adjusted line diameters. This makes the kite move more aerodynamically through the wind window, improves upwind performance, and enhances jump height. These upgrades make the kite noticeably more direct and dynamic than the previous generation, while retaining stability. The strong CoreTex® 2 canopy provides the XR Pro 2 with a durable, UV-resistant, and low-stretch base that maintains its shape even in the toughest storms — in short, a stronger material than standard dacron. With Core’s “Intelligent Arc” construction, the kite increases its projected surface area when pulling the bar, giving you extra lift and hangtime. Together with the pulley bridle system, the take-off point is easy to find, and the kite remains forgiving enough to allow riders to attempt as many complex Big Air tricks as possible. The CIT modes (Core Intelligent Trim System) let you adapt the kite to your riding style: shorter loop radius for beginners or double loops, all-round for everyday use, or wide loop for extreme megaloop performance. The Core Power Seam increases the strength of the leading edge with Core’s zig-zag stitching, reinforcing durability. The kite also features the Speed Pump System for quick inflation. The XR Pro 2 is fully optimized for use with the Core Sensor 4 bar, ensuring the most precise control. Compared to the first XR Pro, the XR Pro 2 is lighter, faster, and more agile.
